This folder contains indentures of land and rent agreements as well as agreements to the appointment of new assigns for the trust. It also includes documents acknowledging the fulfillment of shares being passed on to relatives that comply with John Clarke's will. A 1740 letter to Abraham Redwood from "John Clark" was perhaps incorrectly filed here long ago.
