The materials in this series range from legal and financial documents pertaining to the establishment and management of the trust to papers relating to John Clarke's will and estate. There is also a folder relating to the Baptist Church. Items within this series were donated to NHS many years prior to the rest of the collection and are kept together to maintain that distinction, and to ensure that prior references to items in this series continue to be meaningful.
