On the western (right) side, businesses include Lenny's and Sam's Locker Club. Groups are seen walking along the sidewalk; two men can be seen in military uniforms. Cars line the cobblestone street. Within approximately ten years, the western section of Thames Street pictured in the photograph was demolished to make way for the Brick Market redevelopment project.
