A collar made of a plain weave ivory fabric and ivory lace. Fabric component at center has a combination of cutwork and whitework embroidery, including smalll eyelets, flowers, dots, and a vine-like design. Fabric is bordered on three sides by a strip of lace with a scalloped edge. Top is finished with a band folded on the bias. Small threads on surface of band provide possible evidence that collar was removed from another garment. Probably part of a set with 2003.11.86.
