Description
A black and white photograph depicting a U.S. naval facility building on Goat Island (Building 100). The building, located directly on the waterfront behind a set of piers, appears to be made of concrete. At center, molded vertical lines lead up to a flat roof with an antenna. The building also has regularly spaced windows without panes, and a central dorrway with an overhang. A phone booth is seen to the right. To the left of the building, additional structures can be seen, including a set of tall drums.
