A U.S. Navy parka worn by Alfred Bryan. Made of a heavyweight, water-resistant, dark green fabric, the parka has a hood and and rope pull at waistband. Neckline is secured by a thin rope pulled through eyelets. Cuffs are secured by a tab with metal buttons. Metal eyelets are located throughout. "A BRYAN" is stamped twice in black on parka back.
