A black neckerchief, worn as part of a U.S. Navy uniform. Fabric has a twill weave, and has four raised woven lines near each of its four edges. Two edges are sewn, while the other two have a finished selvedge. "A BRYAN" is stamped in white diagonally across center (most likely belonged to Alfred Bryan).
