Blue panels are bordered by a matching blue trim. Shirt is gathered into cartridge pleats below piping. Blue fabric buttons are fastened by a blue cord loop/ Bodice is lined with a brown twill fabric, white skirt is lined with a tan plain weave (glazed) fabric. B is a matching blue rope with tassels, perhaps intended as a belt.
