Description
A white sleeveless dress, most likely a chemise intended as an undergament. Consists of a pleated bodice, gathered skirt, and ruffles at neckline., armholes. and hem. Neckline and waistline have an openwork band interwoven with a ribbon (intended for gathering). Back has an opening with snap enclosures, six bands of white vine-like embroidery, and three bands of open/knotted detail (ladder-like appearance). Item has several rounds of pleating.
