A box containing a set of two curling irons and two wrapped sets of hair pins. Box is printed in blue, pink, and off-white with a metallic base. Top includes image of woman curling her hair with the following text: "DUAL SET/PRO-CURLER/TRADE MARK REG./PATENTED/THE BOBPIN AUTOMATIC HAIR CURLER." Inside includes same image as front with the following text: "PRO-CURLER/PATENTED/Eastern Trading Co./NEW YORK/Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Curling irons are situated in cut-outs in inside of box (large and small sizes). Two sets of 25 pins rest at center. Pins label reads: "25 PINS.TRADE MARK/BEST DOUBLE JAPANNED INVISIBLE/HAIR 3 PINS/MANUFACTURED BY KIRBY, BEARD, & CO./LONDON &/BIRM[ingha]M/MADE IN ENGLAND/WAVED ART 61." Purchased at Gimbels for $1.85 (see sticker on bottom-G23 020).
