A pair of shirt cuffs made of a black and light green striped fabric. The stripes are printed on a cream plain weave ground. Each cuff has a three buttonholes and a small tab with a buttonhole. Possibly belonged to Herbert Manton Chase (handwritten initials: see Inscription details).
