A pair of shirt cuffs made of blue and white plain weave cotton (chambray). Cuffs have three buttonholes each and a small tab with a buttonhole. Very stiff, possibly from starch. Possibly belonged to Herbert Manton Chase (handwritten initials: see Inscription details).
