A fascinator-style hat made of several black components over a wire frame. A base layer of net with small spots is affixed to the frame, while layers of lightweight plain weave fabrics are gathered at sides. Decorative roping and tape are attached throughout with a monofilament thread. Three tan tatted circles are attached to the top (one is detached and is concealed under net at bottom).
