A pair of light brown felted wool spats. Each has four buttons with machine stitched buttonholes. Interior bound with thin strips of leather. A small band, backed with leather, connects to a metal buckle. Buttons are sewn on to a brown plain weave backing fabric (possible elasticized). Machine stitched seams.
