Description
Gold watch with case covers on either side. To expose the face of the watch press down on the crown. Watch face is a white background with simple, black Roman numerals. Opposite the back case cover are engraved names and dates.
A marine pocket watch believed to have been made as part of the race to determine longitude at sea by John Arnold of London. #4 in a series of five marine timekeepers made by Arnold.
