Silver plated spoon . Maker label stamped onto back of handle. "N.B.A." (Newport Beach Association) engraved onto front of handle. Found in reservoir near Easton's Beach after Hurricane of 1938. It was picked up with equipment belonging to donor's father, Henry G. Butler, who ran the convention hall and shore dinner hall near Easton's Beach. Spoon has been in the Butler family since it was found in 1938. Donor was approximately 16 years of age at this time.
