Cream colored bodice with square neckline. The front is lace with silk that is draped over it in the center with two bows. Sleeves and back are silk. Sleeves have lace trim. Bows on each side before shoulder, in front and below shoulder in back. Bodice comes to a point in front. Fastens in the back and is pleated. Note from Donor: Waist of heavy ivory satin with lace trimmings. Part of my ballgown of 50 years ago. The skirt was in 9 gores of bell shape. 6 yards around bottom. Long kid gloves worn with it.
