WWI female Yeoman uniform. Navy blue wool and black silk lining. 4 in. collar with 3 1/2 in. velvet stitched on top. Two large soutache braid toggles across breast. Metal snap on front opening 9 1/2 in. from hem. Two openings 8 1/4 in. lon covered with flaps and gold buttons with eagle and globe design. Two pockets inside lining on breast. Tag "Cape worn by Yeowman [sic] in First Word [sic] War- 1917-1918. Gift of Miss Marian [sic] Duggar. Mar. 27/1979." removed and placed with accession file. Woven tag "Herman Cohn.
