Basque style bodice, long sleeved, beige silk tafetta with a small print of lavender flowers, silk and cotton lined. The buttons in the front are covered in lavender tafetta as are the front and back inserts, the sleeve binding, the neck and all around the bottow of the garment. Beige and lavender cord trim around the neck. There is also cord trim on sleeves with two tassels on each. The cord has a bow and two tassels. Originally belonged to Miss. Abby Matilda Storer.
