Rusty single-edged blade with fingernail notch made to fold into heavy [silver] handle. Handle has protruding hand protectors at base of blade, raised decoration includes stylized man's head and lozenge with 10 stars, olive branch, [3 winged bird] perched on striped shield. Similiar to an oversized pocket knife, appears to originally have had 2 blades.
