Ring on top linked by a chain to gold winding key. Back cover is Black Hills gold with flower in middle, stones around rim, and 6 groups of 3 stones each around flower. Case is green velvet inside, brown leather with gold outside. Back of face shows works and is engraved "Gedn Pettits Al Genevel, N 20195"
