Mahogany table; tripod-based, tilt-top tea table; columnar shaft has spiral-turned base; birdcage at top of shaft; plain feet; top added. Donor was great-granddaughter of Solomon Southwick, who lived in Newport around the time of the revolution. Probably made in Newport.
