Porcelain cup and saucer have molded sides and shaped rims; also, both have pseudo-armorial shield bearing initials "CEP."; other side of cup is a small dark blue flower; border of cup decorated with bands in blue and gold; saucers have three thin decorative bands around rim in deep blue and gold.
