Description
Portrait of Alexander McGregor Family. Central figure is Mr. McGregor; Mrs. McGregor wears white bonnet with light blue bow; four children; daughter stands by Mr. McGregor with green dress and red necklace; two of the boys dressed alike in black suits, and the youngest boy in front wearing a red dress. Mr. McGregor, who came from Scotland, was the master mason at the building of Fort Adams. He built several of the early stone houses on Bellevue Avenue.
