Description
Mahogany rectangular ship barometer has long oval white opening for readings. Tag reads: Ships barometer. Used on square- rigged sailing ships around the middle of the nineteenth century. Made by John M. Merrick & Co in Worcester, Ma. Maker label is still present, though badly damaged.
