Photograph of a scientist inside a top perch of the Old Stone Mill in Touro Park conducting research for Dr. Högne Jungner and Jørgen D. Siemonsen, representatives of Helsinki University in Finland, to Carbon-14 date the lime mortar of the tower. The results of this research, released on September 22, 1993, concluded that the Old Stone Mill was pre-Columbian and likely built in the 17th century, although the 16th century could not be excluded.
