Present at the meeting: Prince Amy, Zingo Stevens, Thomas Ferguson, Scipio Tanner, Cudjo Gibbs, Cubbeer Rodman, Primus Thurston, and Newport Gardner. At the meeting, Newport Gardner presented a report of members and the amounts they owe the Treasury. The minutes also noted the need to assess what the Treasury owed Newport Wanton (deceased). Additionally, the Committee tasked Zingo Stevens and Scipio Tanner with meeting with Arthur Tikey, treasurer, and examining all of the notes in Tikey’s possession.
