Includes list of contributions totaling 18 shillings and 5 pence. Minutes also include a copy of Caesar Lyndon's letter of resignation as secretary of the African Union Society, dated August 7, 1793, in which Lyndon explains that he is unwilling to serve as secretary without receiving payment for his labor. Lyndon's letter was read before the members, and it was determined the secretary would prepare an answer and present it before the Committee at their next meeting.
