Minutes from an annual meeting of the African Union Society on August 9, 1792, at the home of Arthur Tikey, at which officers were appointed for the following year. Meeting was adjourned to August 16th to choose a Committee and appoint other officers. Includes mention of petition regarding letters previously sent to the African Union Society in Providence. Also includes a list of members and contributions paid to the Society as well as Newport Gardner's admittance to the Society.
