Minutes from a meeting of the Committee of the African Union Society on August 2, 1792, in the home of Pompey Scott. Includes note for sheriff to warn members to attend and pay their contributions and orders a letter be sent to Kingston Pease concerning his real estate. The minutes are followed by a copy of a letter sent to Kingston Pease of New York from Caesar Lyndon on behalf of the African Union Society asking for clarification regarding Pease's house and whether it should remain in the possession of Cupid Brown or be delivered to the Committee.
