A matted photograph of the Jahleel Brenton House (Adam Coe House), located on Thames Street. Photograph is part of Charles McKim's portfolio of 17th and 18th century Newport architecture and scenes. Mat has a handwritten number "10" at bottom right corner. Reverse has a handwritten caption reading: "S41-1/Coe House - Thames St/1770/From the Collection of Chas. F. McKim/Gift of his daughter, 1931/(House now destroyed)".
