A brick industrial building at foreground was part of the earlier U.S. Naval Torpedo Station facility. Spectators can be seen in grassy area just beyond the building. In the harbor is one large ship, as well as other boats. Many buses are lined up in a parking lot towards foreground; a yellow and white striped tent is visible at left.
