This includes, but is not limited to: a letter between James Driscoll & Sons of Brookline and Ernest Bowditch regarding lowering the Cliff Walk at The Breakers, letters between Richard Morris Hunt and Cornelius Vanderbilt regarding contractors and decor, and letters and estimates from Jules Allard of Allard & Sons regarding furnishings and decorative painting for the Morning Room at The Breakers.
