Description
Photographic print of the Weaver fire of 1892, captured at the corner of Broadway and Stone street. The image shows a burnt storefront flanked by collapsed buildings. Several items have been salvaged from the wreckage and placed on the street corner, including a safe. Onlookers in bowler caps and black jackets are observing the damage from the street. On the side of one of the damaged buildings is an advertisement from Jas. H. Paint Co. for English Tinted Lead.
