Description
Photograph of a group male student athletes and their instructors, photographed in their exercise cloths in the gymnasium of an unidentified school. A typed missive by John Nolan, written on May 28, 1928, is adhered to the verso of the print, in which he describes the characters of some of the individuals photographed. These individuals are identified as:

Top row: Skinny Barlow, Harold Worden, Joe Shea, Roy Jennings, Stanley Ward, Bill Peckham, Irving Blaine, Bill Hooper, Bill Jennings;

Second row: Walter Langley, Jimmy Rogers, Murray Jacobs, ?, Fred Maxwell, Andrew Dwyer, Jim Dwyer, Frank Hansen, Lobster Compton;

Middle row: Dadmun (instructor), Bob Barker, Lloyd Robson, Mr. Caswell, Morton Lee, Fred Biesel;

Bottom row: Bill Carry, Fred Reigal, Lewis Plummer, George Sullivan, Donald Thurston, Bill Ellis, Andrew Edward, Alfred Baker.
