Description
Wallpaper fragment still attached to horsehair plaster backing. The wallpaper has a mustard yellow background with a blue and white ribbon pattern across the center. The top has a light blue, white and navy border along the edge. Hair is visible along the rough edges of the plaster.
The wallpaper was originally located in one of the upstairs bedrooms of the Banister House at 56 Pelham Street, Newport, RI. This section was recovered from over the mantle.
