White leather fireman's belt with "1st Assistant" painted in red on the front. Edges trimmed in red scalloped leather with tan (probably once white) topstitching. Metal buckle on end nearest "1." Leather hole-punched strip 8 in. long attached to inside. Inside lined with black resin-coated woven fabric.
