White leather belt with "Hercules" painted in red. Edges trimmed in red scalloped leather with white topstiching. 8 inch long hole-punched leather strip attached to inside of belt. Metal buckle on opposite end from strip. Inside lined with black resin-coated woven fabric. "Gift of Newport Fire Dept Nov.1, 1946" on label inside.
