The head of the document reads: "An Abstract of the Cargo of the Ship Hydra, from Bengal, of and for Newport, Rhode-Island, with liberty to touch at St. Eustatius, and Virginia, consisting of Salt-Petre, Cinnamon, Pepper, Arrack, Teas, Muslins of various fabricks and qualities, plain, painted, and embroidered White Cloths, Chintzs', Silk and Cotton Stuffs and Cloths, Sattins, Taffaties, White Muslin Handkerchiefs, Silk Handkerchiefs, Printed Handkerchiefs, &c. &c. &c. laden on sole account and risque of CHRISTOPHER CHAMPLIN, Esq. of New-Port aforsaid, Mr. WILLIAM GREEN, Supracargo." A list of cargo follows.
