Minutes from a meeting of the Committee of the African Union Society on September 8, 1791, at which the Committee (1) requested Lymas Keith have "four small Pillows suitable to lay on the Shoulders of the bearers" made; (2) ordered Cupid Brown to attend the next meeting to answer a complaint made by Anthony Taylor regarding a bed given to Taylor and his wife Peggy in the will of Jubah Greenhill that Brown was supposed to deliver; (3) proposed a list be made of all members who have not made their contributions to the Treasury. Minutes also include the declaration that the Society will not accept members who take part in the slave trade and members who do not pay their dues will discharged from the Society unless voted otherwise.
