Charles Chaloner appointed "Keeper of the Treasury or Monies gathered by letting out the Pall" and Cubbeer Rodman appointed "Keeper of said Pall." Minutes also include order that George Hampshear, Salmar Nubia, Cuffe Drew, and Samuel Eastin pay their dues to the Society on or before the next meeting.
