Orders the secretary to write a letter to Salmar Nubia, to be delivered by Pompey Scott, requesting Nubia pay his dues on or before the next quarterly meeting. Also includes copies of three letters presented before the Committee, including one to "the African Union Society the Black People at Providence," one to Kingston Pease at New York, and one to Cato Slocum at Providence.
