Present at the meeting: Charles Chaloner, Ceaser Gardner, Zingo Stevens, Newport Gardner, Abraham Casey, Cudjo Gibbs, Quarm Bowers, and Cuffee Benson. Absent: Pompey Scott, Prince Lilibrege, Newport Easton, and Robert Keith. Lilibrege and Easton were fined for their absences.
