Continuation of copy of an open letter from Anthony Taylor promoting plans to return to Africa to "all the Affricans [sic] in Providence." Page also includes a copy of a letter from Cato Gardner and London Spear in Providence to Anthony Taylor in Newport, recorded in the Book of Records of the African Union Society, acknowledging the receipt of the letter they received dated June 28th and notifying Taylor that the Society in Providence has not discussed Taylor's epistle yet but intend to. Dated August 4, 1789.
